What’s in the directory?

The directory is, in effect, a printed version of this web site.

It is packed with information about activities, services and facilities available to the older residents of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and is intended to be useful not only to older people, but also to their families, carers, friends and healthcare and welfare professionals.

There are many local clubs, societies and groups that are always ready to give a warm welcome to new members and the directory is especially concerned with helping older people to find out what activities are available, getting out and having fun.


Where can you get your copy?

The Directory is usually available at local libraries and
Citizens Advice Bureaux, but copies are not always in stock.

You can always pick up a copy from any of the Borough’s Social Clubs and Centres for older people or the Voluntary Care Groups. To call them to check opening times, use the second and third navigation buttons on the left.
